2022年のS/Sモデルが続々デリバリースタート。魅力的なアイテムが並び、どれを買おうか迷ってしまう人も多いのでは？ そんなわけで今回はデザイナーの野澤さんに、直接今季のオススメアイテムを聞いてみました。
S/S 22 productions started to be available in store. Which one do you want to get? I would like to ask Nozawa-san his recommend.
ーーー早速ですが今季のコンセプトがあればお聞かせ下さい。
Please let me know the theme of this season.
毎回、インタビューとかで聞かれるのですが、ブランド自体のコンセプトを元に毎シーズンアイテムを制作しています。基本的にステージとターゲットは固定だから、あんまりがらっとコンセプトが変わることはない。ただ、カラーコンセプトみたいのはある程度設けていて、例えば今季はオレンジより赤を差したいみたいのはあります。あとは、シーズンによってディテールやギミックでアウトドアやワークの色が強いみたいなのはあります……言ってないだけで（笑い）。今季はどちらかと言うとミリタリーの色がつよいですね。でも基本的には気に入った素材で作り方や見え方も変わりますからね……だから来年（2023年）の差し色などはガラッと変わると思いますよ。
I often get asked this question, but I plan season items based on the main theme of ‘norbit’.
Basically, our stage and target have been almost fixed, therefore theme would not be changed drastically.
I set color concept for every season, although. For example, I prefer to take red more than orange in this season.
Taste of details and gimmicks would be changed too. Sometimes much more like outdoor, sometimes it rather leans to work taste, depending on seasons. If I had to say, the trend in this season is military, but looks might be different by materials, anyway.
Just between us, I plan to make color scheme modification for the next year!
ーーー今回オススメを事前に3つ上げていただいたので、順番にお話を聞きたいと思います。まずは「BACK PACK HOLDER HOODIE JACKET」からお願いします。
Firstly, I would like to know about ‘Back Pack Holder Hoodie Jacket’.
ハンズフリーってところが大きなテーマで、容量がデカいポケットのオンパレードなのが一番の特徴。しかも、フロントのポケットがサコッシュになります。あとはバックパックの上から羽織れるのもポイントです。このディテールは今季の別の３レイヤーアウター（※BACK PACK HOLDER DUFFLE COAT）にも取り入れています。私は傘が嫌いだから（笑）。結構雨が降ってても傘をささないからずぶ濡れになっちゃって。
Theme of this jacket is ‘hands-free’. There are so many pockets of course with large capacities.
In addition, the front pocket can be used as a sacoche. Another feature point is that you can wear it over the backpack.
This detail is adopted for Back Pack Holder Duffle Coat also. I dislike umbrellas. I am always drenched in rainy days.
ーーー背面のディテールもユニークですね？
Back side detail is also unique!
これはミリタリーの名残で、海に落ちた人をココを持って救出するためのディテールを参考にしています。あと英軍のベストにも同じようなディテールが見られますね。装甲車や戦闘機の中って狭いので、ベストごと搭乗者を引きずり出すのに使えるのかもしれません。
This is the vestige of Naval uniform. It would be used to rescue whom fall into the sea.
I have ever seen it on uniform of Royal Airforce, too. The purpose is to pull out crewmen from narrow cockpit of fighter.
ーーーちなみに、このモノ自体にもミリタリー的な元ネタがあるんですか？
Do you mean design of this jacket is referred from military?
これは特に元ネタ的なものはないオリジナルで、フロントジップをアシンメトリーに配置してプルオーバーに見えるような工夫をしています。あと、ポケットを縫い付けず振らせる用にしてあって、裾を絞ったりした時にポケットの部分までギュッとならないようにしてあります。ポケットの容量をフル活用する理に適った着方をしたいならぜったいにこうしたほうがいいと思い、この仕様にしています。
The design itself is my original. I put zippers on the front symmetrically to look like pullover.
And to prevent crumpling bottom of the pocket together with fastening hem, I didn’t sew bottom of it. This is the best way to utilize its large capacity, I suppose.
ーーーコレはどんなシーンで使ってもらいたいですか？
What kind of scenes are the most suitable?
アルピニスト的な使い方はもちろん向かないので、やっぱりフェスとかハイキング、キャンプですかね。あとはガーデニングや庭いじりとかの作業着なんかにもオススメです。
Of course, not to recommend to Alpinist! However, for music festival, hiking, and camp, after all. I also recommend for gardening and DIY.
ーーー次は「HIKE VEST」の紹介をお願いします。
Next is Hike Vest!
先程の話の続きでは無いですけど、英軍のクルーマンズベストをモチーフにしています。基本的には別モノですが、前身と後身を繋いでいるアジャスターベルトのディテールを踏襲しゴム仕様にしているので、ボリュームの有るアウターの上からレイヤードしても大丈夫なように作っています。例えばですがモンスターパーカの上なんかにも合わせられると思います。
ベストってもともとリュックの代わりみたいなところがあるじゃないですか？ でも、普通の脇の始末だったらリュックみたいに自由に下の服を選ばず背負えない。そのストレスが、コレによってなくなっている。だからめちゃくちゃ気に入っているディテールですね。
As I said while ago, motif of it is Crewman’s Vest of Royal Airforce.
Essential parts are not the same, but it is taken over specification of side adjuster belt. I used elastic webbing to connect front body and backside mesh, so users can wear it over massive outer like monster parka.
Vest can do like backpack, you know? If side specification is just like general vest, clothes under it will be limited. Hike Vest can help you to free from these stresses. I am fond of this detail very much.
ーーー首元のディテールも特徴的ですね？
I like the distinctive collar design.
この部分に元ネタ的なモノはないですが、気に入っているデザインなので他のジャケットなんかにも採用しています。こんな感じに「コレかっこいい！」と思ったディテールは積極的に取り入れてますね。
上締めて下をバラけさせてみたいな着こなしやレイヤードが流行ったりもしているので、上だけ留めて下だけオープンなんてのもカッコいいんじゃないかと思います。
あとポケット的な部分にもこだわっています。口にゴムをあしらった物がしっかり入るのと、ウォームポケット、隠しポケット、あとは、FIELD JACKETと同様に背面にフルオープンできるゲームポケットを付けています。
Nothing I referred for it, just my original. I am favor of this part and adopted to other jackets. I positively use the same design once I prefer.
Along the trend of this season, style that fasten only the first button looks cool, I think.
I was particular about the pockets. There are elastics in the opening to contain a lot of stuff. Furthermore, I added warm pocket, invisible pocket and game pocket which is fully open as same as Field Jacket at the back side.
ーーーオススメの合わせ方は？
Could you tell me coordinates you recommend?
本当に着方は自由なのでモッズコートの上なんかに重ねたりしてもカッコいいかもしれません。モッズって首から下はディテールが以外に少ないから相性がいい。あとは、ベルクロパッチもあるので、少し丈が流いかもしれませんが釣りなんかにも流用出来ますし好きなバッチを付けても面白いかもしれません。
To tell the truth, what the most important is a personal preference, but if I should say, wearing over mod’s coat of which front body looks very simply. There is Velcro patch on the chest, it is suitable for fishing, length is a little longer, however. You would be able to enjoy putting on badges on it.
ーーー最後のオススメアイテム「SIDE SLIT FATIGUE SHIRT JK」をお願いします。
The final item is Side Slit Fatigue Shirt JK.
３シーズンで使うことを考えたらコレぐらい肉厚のアイテムが重宝するんじゃないかなぁと思ってかなり気に入っているアイテムです。
機能的にもリップストップ生地で耐久性が高いのにほどよいストレッチが効いてて撥水、タッチもパウダー加工で着心地もいいんですよ。だから本当に長く着やすいアイテムじゃないかと。
まさに、シャツとジャケットのちょうど中間というのを上手に表現できたと思っています。
Thickness of this fabric is worthwhile for 3 seasons. I like it very much.
Besides it has superior function; rip-stop with durability, stretched, pleasant texture with powdery processed.
I did fulfill the best item to use both as jacket and shirt.
ーーー横のスリットがありそうでなかったディテールですね。
I have never seen side slit style like this.
レイヤードしたときの横のスタイルを意識したディテールにしています。アーム下のスリットは元々ベンチレーションの役目なんだけど、脇の下までオープンにすることで横っ面がかっこよく見える。服を描く時デザイナーは前、後ろをバーっと書くんだけど、最近自分は横の集中力を上げるのがずっとテーマになっていて、このアイテムは横からのスタイリングがかっこよく見えることにかなり気にしています。
ファッション的な見え方とかデザイン的な着こなし、アウトドアはレイヤードが一番の醍醐味だと思うので、このアイテムでそれを楽しんでもらいたいですね。
I designed side silhouette by considering layered style. Slit is role of ventilation functionally, while looks better with boldly opening to under the armhole. Designers make rough sketch front and back, I sketch side additionally.
Improving side appearance is just my theme of these days, especially this item.
Wearing overwrap is one of a relish of outdoor fashion. I would like for you to enjoy that with this shirt jacket.
ーーー細かいディテールも横のスタイリングを生かすためですか？
Are these effective details for side silhouette’s goodness, too?
生地が合成の場合はプラが普通なんだけど、このアイテムの場合は横のスタイルを重視しつつ見た目のディテールがミリタリーよりなのもあってボタンにメタルを採用しています。
加えて横を意識している分、フロントは隠しボタンにするなどしてスッキリとした印象に仕上げています。ポケットはリメイクモッズコートの発想で、フラップを生かして普通のポケットの上に更にパッチポケットを足すことでミニマルなデザインと容量を確保しています。norbitのアイテムではこんな感じにメリハリを付けるテクニックを随所に施しています。
Usually, plastic dot buttons are used for synthetic fabrics, but I used metal to adopt military taste. To make side details effectively, dot buttons on the front are all invisible. As for pocket, I got ideas from remade mod’s coat. I added patch pockets on normal pockets. Not only good looking, also making you hands-free. I always consider about modulation of items.
